Ingredients-
Masala wafers
fine chopped cucumbers

How To Make Masala Wafer Chaat Recipe:
Take a plate and put some simple potato chips.
Add some fine chopped cucumber.
Then add some chopped onions.
After that, add some chopped tomatoes.
Sprinkle some chaat masala and red chilli powder.
Also, sprinkle some cumin powder.
Add some simple mayonnaise and then add some salt as per taste but add a little because potato chips have salt. Finally top it up with Sev!
Ready to serve masala wafer chat.

Ingredients
Cream n Onion potato chips
Fine chopped cabbage
Fine chopped capsicum
Fine chopped onions
Mixed herbs
Chili flakes
Chat masala
Salt

Method :
Take a baking plate and put some simple potato chips on it.
Add some finely chopped cabbage.
Then after put some finely chopped capsicum.
After that, add some chopped onions.
Sprinkle some mixed herbs and chili flakes.
After that, sprinkle some chaat masala and salt as per taste.
Put some mayonnaise on the wafers.
Add some pizza cheese.
Put some olives slices on the cheese. After that, bake them for 5 minutes on 180c°.
Ready to serve, this cheesy chips chaat or cheese masala wafer chaat with any cold beverages.
Salted Wafer Chat

Ingredients Needed:
Potato Wafers – 1/2 kg
Chat masala
Kala Namak
White Pepper
Finely chopped onions
Finely chopped tomatoes
Sev
Coriander leaves
Lemon
Potato Mash
Green Chutney
Sweet Sour Chutney

Assembling the Wafer Chat in the following way :
Assemble the wafers on a plate,
add the potato mash on top,
Next, pour the curds over it
Next goes the green chutney and sweet sour chutney.
Then the onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves.

Ingredients For Bhel Puri Recipe | Mumbai Bhel Puri
2 Cups Puffed Rice (Murmura/Mamra)
5-6 Paapdi (Crunchy Salty Wafers)
1 Tablespoon Roasted Peanuts
1/2 Cup Sev (think crunchy noodles made from Gram Flour)
1/2 Cup Onions
1/2 Cup Boiled Potatoes
1/2 Cup Tomato
1 Green Chilli
2 Tablespoons Fresh Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons Tamarind Chutney (Imli Ki Chutney)
2 Teaspoons Green Mint Coriander Chutney
1 Teaspoon Salt, or to taste
1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
Step By Step Instructions for Bhel Puri Recipe:
– Take puffed rice in a large bowl. Add 5-6 pieces of namkeen papdi, roasted peanuts and sev. You can also add mixed namkeen, bundi or roasted chana dal.
-Add boiled potato, diced tomatoes, finely diced onion and fresh cut pieces of green chilli into the bowl.
– Add red chilli powder, chaat masala powder and salt to the bowl.
– Add tamarind chutney (imli ki chutney) and green coriander chutney along with a dash of fresh lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well.
– Bhel puri is ready. Garnish it with sev and freshly cut coriander leaves (hara dhaniya) before serving.
